Very nice! I wish i had a way to duplicate it as I’ve already ovalized

A very good friend of mine (also an air gunner) is a skilled machinist and a mechanical engineer

He just does this for himself and I am lucky to be part of the ride

At some point these will be available, since they are part of the Performance setup for Delta and Alpha Wolf

Its a simple enough thing but i don’t know if i could hit dead center in a drill press i just might order a extra probe and give it a try. I have some 1.5 mm stainless rod.

Is he by the chance the same friend who 3d prints those sweet sweet mags you have as well? Good to hear Daystate/Brk wants to add these performance parts to the growing list of avaliable mods! That with a new high flow valve would be potent (but useless without slug barrels) Now please light a small fire under their butts.

Yep ! Same guy with the sweet mags with low spring tension and a manual magazine without spring tension that you click forward

That man is a wizard ....good friend to have! Definitely would be nice to have a few spare probes to mod and play around with, if Daystate keeps em affordable. My dad's a machinist and makes me the odd bits....when he retires I'm doomed

For information to this thread. Today I looked at my DW performance .177 fac - which should have same barrel and probe as the Ghost with 711 barrel Silver edition


The performance should have more power due to longer 711mm barrel and a bigger transfer port 3.5mm x 5.3mm vs old transfer port aw/dw/ghost with transfer port with diameter ~3mm




Here are the pellet probes. Left is from DW performance. Right is from aw/dw/ghost hp

Here the Performance with its pellet probe inside. It looks like the power is "restricted" due to the pellet probes smaller size than transfer port

Just bumped my reg down to 100 bar....shot a magazine with the fx 18.1 pellets....

It's a start to find a good spot for slugs.
