Others Anyone get an Air Compressor from gxpumpofficial.com? Have I messed up?

I have a Barra 250z coming tomorrow and ordered a GX PUMP CS3-I. As a general rule I order from the maker vs Amazon to get better customer service so I ordered it from gxpumpofficial.com Friday night. Then the next morning wanting to learn how to use it I see on a YouTube that Target Forge did saying that it's best to order from Amazon and pay for the 4 year protection plan. I sent gxpumpofficial.com an email telling them that I wanted to cancel the order but now I'm guessing it'll ship before they see the email.
Has anyone here ordered from gxpumpofficial.com?
If so how did it go?
Have I messed up as far as warranty and customer service issues?
How do you like the compressor? Maybe warranty and customer service issues won't come up.

Thanks for your replies,
Joe

I've had the CS3-I for a couple years now.
I was going to order direct from GX Pump as they were cheaper, but at the time it was a long holiday weekend, and the charge would come up as a Hong Kong address.

I knew I'd have to contact the bank and let them know I was going to do an out of country purchase or it would be flagged and my account frozen.
Contact them beforehand and the purchase goes thru no problem.
I learned that when I tried to order a few CARM magazines from Croatia, let the bank that issued the card know first.

I ordered my compressor from Amazon.
Excellent compressor, always make sure to start it when it's not under load ( have the bleed valve open when starting).
I use mine run off of the truck battery as much as I use household current.

Hello and welcome to HAM.

I have ordered two GX pumps directly for me that’s the way to go, 10% off, free shipping and I was not charged sales tax.

I enjoy working on stuff and parts are available to purchase after warranty is up. I have not had any issues arise during the warranty period of my first compressor, so far so good on the second (I frankly admit that I did abuse my first one so I purchased a larger one the next time).

Remember when watching yt videos that the products they are discussing at that point in time may now be updated in regards to manufacturing qc and specs. Chinese manufacturers are notorious for making changes on the fly without letting anyone know. (🤨JTS for example)

Glad to have you here 👍.
