okay this is what i have on my .22 now but i feel like i dont like it so close to the scope, probably fine though.
i was thinking they could be attached to the stock but then it ethier hanging to low or chokingly tight?
if i put the QD adapter on the bottom rail the gun wants to flip out so i am still searching for a better set upView attachment 4934

Yeah, that’s what I liked about the Magpul RSA, it stuck out the side more than the QD style. By hanging off the side a bit it causes the rifle to lean some and give additional clearance so sling doesn’t touch the scope.
