Pellet condition upon delivery

Yes. Only exception was that the tins were in the thin cardboard box that multiple tins come in, but it was not in great shape either.
That is sad. Every retailer that does a lot of mail order, knows that loose packing like that causes most damage. I know it’s a hassle, but I’d send them an email. In the long run, it’s hurts them not fixing those kinds of mistakes.

Took your advice and sent email. Owner answered, apologized and explained they had a new person in to pack shipments while the owner was out at a competition. Said newbie will be receiving some remedial instruction so this sort of situation never happens again.

Though I specifically said I was just alerting to the issue and was not requesting a refund, return or extra stuff, the owner insisted he was going to replace the damaged tins. So, all good in the hood.

Thanks,

Robb

Not pellets, but slugs received Friday arrived with damaged tins. A couple of them were really crushed. The box wasn’t the sturdiest and the packing material was lacking. Do not feel like dealing with a return, so will sort as best I can.
Robbie, did you order these from Pyramyd air? If so, it sounds like order was fulfilled by Amazon. Whew, those look like my older of AEA's but they were well packed and protected. Box was very sturdy as well, and was in perfect shape. Crushed cans before they were ever shipped out. Let them know, include that picture. Simple as that. They will make it right.

He contacted the vendor and they’re rectifying it.

NOE molds. I've got both the hunter and Hunter mag molds. Ruffly 20 and 24 grain along with the.25 cal Hunter at 27-29 grains. I use the pressure pore method and get complete fill out. It's also very forgiving of both lead and mold temperatures.

No, not PA. I did contact the vendor and received an immediate response from the owner, who is already sending replacements. So, what seemed to be the start of a bad weekend ended up turning around.
