Pellet condition upon delivery

I know this subject has been beat like a rented mule, and I hate to drag its rotted carcas back outta its tomb, but......Over the last few years, I can think of no seller that packs and protects its pellets better than Pyramyd Air. Now, with that outta the way. Has anyone received a pellet order lately, besides me, with beaten to hell deeply damaged and dented cans from them? 140.00 worth of pellets, not including the free can, of FX and AEA pellets. Outer box,100% shape, no dents or dings present. Inner foam pads and wrapping, also 100% condition. This means this deal was intentionally boxed and shipped in this sorry shape. 2 of my cans won't even shut, the dents are so bad on the edges, and opening them to check for skirt damage was an adventure in itself.

I had one tin of AEA .25 cal pellets damaged, it was the same but that was it over 80 tins or so. A few bent skirts. Figure one isn't enough to complain. That's it.

All of my cans were beaten up pretty good, but the 2 were hit by a garbage truck bad. Bad enough they now reside in little cardboard boxes. Couldn't even save my precious cans for targets! I didn't complain...yet, and wont, unless my order of .25 and .30 Hades shows up Wednesday in comparable condition. Then I will raise the roof with them.

I have had a few over the last couple years. They also sometimes ship via Amazon, and those are not nicely padded like their usual. I have seen lots of complaints about those tins.

Yeah, Amazon pellet shipping is a no go for me, after the water soaked ones I got from them last year. Talk about crazy.. It would be easier to understand if the box came damaged, but nope. It was in perfect condition.

Jim, let them know about it. A long time ago I received a tin JSB Hades that were heavily damaged, I called customer service and they sent me a replacement.

I’m sure if you talk to them they will make it right .

I had a couple of Tins that came damaged and I took a picture of them and sent it to the place I ordered from and they replaced the tins. and I got to keep the damaged ones, so I sorted them all out and had one good tin from that

Well, I have reported the crushed cans and damaged pellets to Pyramyd air. It aint worth the hassle. Like complaining for services rendered from a 10 dollar hooker

But on a serious note, I’m sorry to hear your experience did not go well with @pyramydair and I certainly did not expect that at all.

Me either! And I am scheduled for the others today. If they damaged, I not even gonna open a can. Take pics and flood they inbox. Can you post pics in they review section?

I ordered from AGD and they come with each tin in its own foam sleeve and then in the cardboard box
not damaged but a funny thing is in 2 different tins of .22 pellets I got a single .177cal. pellet, it looked so small and out of place with the bigger .22

Well, I take it all back. I didnt ask them for replacements, just told them about the damage just because thought they should know. Just got email, they sending replacements out to me.

Just got my order of .25 Hades from Pyramyd. Every can absolutely.perfect. And Matthew at Pyramyd customer service is the best. He got me all taken care of, and the replacement damaged AEA's in 22 and 25 are shipping out.
