I just ordered the Nightfall
Now I got to figure out a scope
Something smallish with atleast 6X
Any recommendations?

Give the WestHunter LVPO's a good look. I have 2 of them. Etched and lighted reticle, great glass. Can get it on eBay for 100 or less in 1x6x24.
The DiscoveryOPT. LVPO in 1x6x24 is a little more, maybe 125.00, but you sure wouldn't regret it. Wouldn't regret either of them for that matter.

The Nightfall will 100% do it. Any of their guns, new or old, would get it done in fact. Just depends on what you are looking for. Nightfall is the only single shot of the group. The Timber is still my favorite of the OGs, although I haven't actually shot a Nightfall yet.

The Nightfalls have the Cricket regulator. They ain't cheap or crap. Excellent regulator.yes, single shot, but you can turn that power wheel up or down, and they are a lot stronger than the stated speed given by Pinty. Very accurate as well. Great for squirrels, rabbits, coons or dillos.

First Range trip with my new knightfall was a let down. Barrel was cleaned before session.
Only fired at 25yds. Most groups if you want to call them that was 2.25" - 2.50"
Using JTS 18.1 gr.
Power wheel did not really do anything, only changed fps by about 10fps. Shots were erratic. Trigger is over #9
So for the worst news:
After returning home and cleaning it, I bore scoped it.
The barrel is toast.
1/2" in at the chamber end, the lands are bad.

Hopefully Pinty will replace the rifle.

Sorry to hear about issues, but I do know Pinty has been good about replacements and returns. They do not do repairs as of yet. I should start practicing, and convince them to make me an authorized repair center.

I emailed them with the issues and included the pictures.
I asked that they replace the rifle.
Hopefully I will here back next week, but with Thanksgiving upon us, it might take longer.
I do love this platform though, so I may have to get a Condor SS

Email just said they would replace the rifle.
