Let’s go on an “Easter squirrel” hunt!!

Sorry about the wait, I got this one in about 10 o’clock this morning, but then I had to go to town. Made the shot out my front window 14 yards left-handed. Although I am predominantly right handed I do practice shooting South paw sometimes about every other week, I like to keep my options open. I got two a hawk got the other one, which is good worse comes to worse I can go to the grocery store 👍IMG_1637.webp I say that as long as I can afford to, I suppose 😁.

Finally got the Notos broken in.....2 starlings-one at 20 yds. and one at 60yds.- the 60 came as a bit of a surprise....I'm not normally steady enough for that kind of range.
Fine work Sir, congrats.

On a personal note, I do understand your predicament with the wife. I have a standing promise with mine that I will not under any circumstances kill any bird. The only part that drives me crazy is the wild turkeys that walk through the yard. It’s like free Thanksgiving dinner.
Ugh 😑.

I understand your qualifiers....since industry decided to change from petroleum based wire insulation to soy based insulation the rodents are having a field day!! I spent over 50 years in automotive repair and the last 15 or so had more rodent related damage than you can imagine! Good idea to keep those vermin away from vehicles!

I’ve had three different vehicles damaged by them Not just wiring also 3/4 of the windshield washer reservoir, cap and filler neck. vehicle they also chewed off the wires, going to the fuel injectors. But they really did some serious damage to one of my vehicles. The ECU is under the hood and they chewed through about 15 wires. I had to get a schematic to put it all back together. The final straw was when they started chewing on the house wiring that was when my wife decided to see things my way.
