150Bar, H.W. 13 is the lowest I can go to get 975fps with mrds. Any lower fps means bigger groups for this particular Ghost. When I first got it I assumed Mrds would be excellent on min setting (@880fps). Nope crud accuracy....all the way up to 950 and no great improvement. I had it tuned perfectly last month, any lower on H.W or Reg will drop speeds. Nows it in pieces waiting for the new buttstock adapter....I miss itYa i had them to 920 anyway BUT i don’t tune to gun maxed out velocity which is why your reg is always higher than mine and you being frustrated by flyers! I turn it down to a point where i feel im not wasting air and possibly unsettling a slug leaving the barrel with a big blast of air
Don't worry, if there is a power deficit anywhere in airgunning, Bin Tac will eventually show up with something that will sling it with gusto!
That’s why I got the EQ… shooting 62gr right now. Which isn’t heavy for .30 cal but it’s twice as heavy as what I was doing before and only 50fps less.Actually i was thing the tiapan i don’t have a 25slug barrel you gotta remember 60 grain is almost twice 34 not just 3-4 grains more
@Danman That guy won’t gobble again.150Bar, H.W. 13 is the lowest I can go to get 975fps with mrds. Any lower fps means bigger groups for this particular Ghost. Below is part of the "turkey shoot" competition we had on Ham last year in November....that group is one of the few perfect groups its ever shot. 50Y, Mrds, 975fps....Money!![]()
