Hello everyone.
I live on the west coast of Florida a little south of Tampa. I've been shooting air rifles since I was a kid, but had a long break until about 2-3 years ago when I bought a Gamo springer at walmart on a whim. Unfortunately, it very quickly turned into a full blown addiction. Within 3 months of buying that Gamo I bought my first PCP rifle an Air Venturi Avenger Bullpup II in .177. I quickly realized that after a long day of work shooting groups in the backyard was better than meditation at clearing my mind and relaxing. Once I got the PCP figured out I started shooting 30 groups of five shots each every day after work and have been every day since for the past 2 1/2 years.
I also have a microstrike and an avenge-x bottle with the wood stock, I have .177 and .22 barrels for each. I mostly shoot .177 in the backyard after work because I can get single hole 5 shot groups with H&N Excite Econ II pellets at 30 yards and they only cost $5.99 per 500 tin. Shooting that many shots daily really adds up if your shooting .22 and paying 2X the cost so I usually mix in .22 on the weekend and when I'm at the range. Anyway I'm rambling so just wanted to say hi and thanks for having me.
