Ghost Got me 30 ghost yesterday

Ok so i got out to shoot 100 from the bench today and took the 30 and 25 for some head to head shooting in light wind don’t think there was anything over 5 mph but it was inconstant and switching. So with out further adoo here’s what the 30 produced

The low shot on left was a checker after switching to 50 again to check if there was anything change when i switched bottles. 50 was 1 ragged hole with both guns and when the wind was up groups grew but i think the 30 had an edge over the 25 not by a lot but an edge and both pellets were unsorted.

That's some nice first shot groups at 100 yards! I'll take that any day.

Well im not really impressed with the 1-16 sub moa for slugs. But then again im starting to be depressed with the whole slug thing. I only shoot 100-150 for longest shots and for the most part shooting from styx i can shoot just as well with pellets. I just don’t know

How many different slugs have you tried so far in the .30? I'm very excited to see how you make out with the L.W. .22 slug barrel!

3or4 my biggest problem is really the range i shoot at cheap benches that flex and it wasn’t built with any thought of wind. The 22 barrel shoots 33 and 40.1 air marksman well. I think you'd have fun with it.

You, definitely have me rethinking the 1-16 barrel.

I believe that if you’re getting the results you are with slugs in the sonoran with slugs i would stick to the 1-26 barrel to shoot both or the 1-32 for strictly pellets.

Theres no reason to believe the ghost with a 1-26 won’t shoot as well as the sonoran and if you want a strictly pellet barrel well that's what everyone was shooting at rmac!
