Maintenance Fix for Foster QD Fill Valve leak?

I recall there was a thread or a post about what to do when the foster qd fill valve is leaking. I've had a look and cannot find it.

I'm pretty sure you remove, inspect/replace the o-ring on inside of valve, and then re-install. Just want to make sure there isn't anything Evol specific I need to know.

yes there is a o-ring just remove the vale after degassing and replace the o-ring
theres a cart in the maintenance section here with the o-ring and part number for the o-ring store if needed.
It's a quick fix.
also you might try a small drop of silicone oil in the vale then air it back up that has worked for me a number of times.

Degas by loosening the burst disk 1/2 turn before removing the Foster fill port.

Thanks - I have tried a touch of oil and that's not doing it. I expect a new o-ring will take care of it.

I finally got the Urethane 90 #004 o-rings in and had the time to replace the fill check valve one. Worked like a charm and the Evol is holding air again.

To not start a new thread, but does this burst disk surface look healthy? Hard to get a good picture. I guess I will know once I get a new one. My burst disc looks flat unfortunately.
