question for you, was this a brand new rifle and if so where did you buy from? With AAA you likely didn't get a "bad one", but parts and o rings can absolutely fail prematurely. Theres not many parts to an Evol, your numbers indicate a faulty valve or regulator. Contact AOA, they are the service dealers for AAA and will get you taken care of.My experience with the evol 30 out of box.
The rifle seems rugged well built, very lightweight. Trigger is good, but has some side to side slop which leaves a bit to be desired, to me it adds unwanted movement to the trigger. The barrel tension system on this rifle is one of the best ive ever seen.
The mags are slow to load not very smooth with its moving parts. Only holding 9 and costing 110 dollars it also leaves something to be desired.
Men lie women lie the numbers dont lie.
As you can see by the numbers this rifle is all over the place. I tried this rifle over 3 different chronographs. Fx true ballistics, Fx pocket mk1 and a pro crono. All told the same tale. All from a 4k psi fill. Every one was a bit different but none were consistent.
The main reason i went after this rifle was to not have to mess with it. To pull it out shoot it put away and repeat. Its not looking like that is what is going to happen. Ive tried a few times to contact American air arms to no reply. This has left a bitter taste in my mouth so i dont believe i will stick with and or purchase any more of there products.
This is my honest assessment of my rifle out of box. Key word "my"
Talking to evol owners the normal reply is "you must have got a bad one" for almost 3k doll hairs this is unacceptable. I know owners that love there rifle and its very consistent and accurate for them. I have owned pretty much every brand of pcp made and own 12 others. Im not new to this and understand sometimes things dont always work out the way we planned. Sucks because i wanted this to be a forever gun due to its amazing build quality.
So your issue is fixed?Ive been taking care of.
Trying to protect the brand? I have no association to protect, matter fact I could care less.I like that your trying your best to protect the brand Kudos. Yes the rifle was new it had sat on the self for a while as lets be honest they dont sell all that great. The rifle was bran new untouched. Ive been taking care of thanks.
Dealer took care of me. I tried to work with American Air Arms they never answer me. Im good t
Please let us all know where you purchased it from, I'm sure I'm not alone in wanting to know.Im sure your right. But i didnt spend that kind of money to work on a rifle out of box. The reason i chose the rifle was not having to play with it. Thanks
Some have problem, some don’t, but when YOU ave a problem, it’s a brand that’s too expensive to have problems. Good show old chap!Sure your righti reached out to AAA a handful of times on a few different platforms no answer. The gun was not consistent out of box? You shills and brand maxis are Hilarious. You will do anything for a little pat on the back.
Again im not new to airguns have lots of them. Some have problems some dont its the way it goes. But it’s when someone is honest about it you guys cry foul.
wow i tried for months to get one and settled on. a used one.the rifle was new it had sat on the self for a while as lets be honest they dont sell all that great.
i do know at times Mr. can be hard to contact by phone, but he does respopnd to PMs and i have found he does return call just takes a bit. he is a small operation.I tried to work with American Air Arms they never answer me.
