What "Level" of Airgun Shooter are you?

I could be described as #3 and #4 . In my cabinet a MROD .25, HW100.22, HW110.177, HW50S.22 and just added a HW30NSE.177. If/when I add another to my inventory it will be an AA S510.25
+1 on the S510!! However I'd go .177 or .22 as the .25 is a paltry 44fpe and barely shoots over 800fps with light pellets if I recall. The .177 is a 20 fpe beast, and I wouldn't doubt it would shoot slugs well too. The .22 tops out at 32-34fpe. Lazers inside 50Y. If money was free Lol I'd grab a .177 to go with my .22!

Well, by my work I have been exiled to Germany for 3 months.

German gun laws and airgun laws(!) are as ridiculously strict as the dictators of the past century.... (present day dictators are catching up, though).

Therefore, I have to live without airguns for 90 days!! 😵‍💫
And symtoms of withdrawal are already beginning to show.... 😱
I won't go into the gory details.... 😵

⮕ Is there a level of airgun addict...?

Matthias

I couldn't do 3 months in the kline like that JungleShooter.

Kragman, I appreciate the sympathy.
I soak it up.

Maybe you should time your next airgun purchase to arrive at your home the day you get back....

Well, how shall I say this.... —
shopping for airgun stuff is like looking at booze stores and caressing empty bottles — all the while you know you can't have any.... 😇

So, Kragman, you can guess three times what I did just before writing the post....
(I know you only need one guess....)

Yupp, I found that scope I had been searching for, it's one near the top of my Scope Specs Tables — and at half price from some obscure rimfire gun shop.
It'll arrive in Peru with one of my airgun mules when I get back to Peru.... 🤩

Yeah, I am thankful I get to buy this.
And I probably should sell the scope that it replaces, the first "real" scope I ever bought, right after my second foot had also slid into the rabbit hole. 😃

Hunter. Word of mouth has spread to property owners where I mostly shoot (Valley Center, CA.) & picked up 4 new "permissions" in the last month or so & finally, FINALLY, getting paid for my efficiency. Shooting at paper & competition just isn't my "thang"! Schwacking squirrels floats my boat.

+1 on the squirrel smacking! Just weed-eated my property and the holes and baby walnut trees growing everywhere is getting out of control! I assumed when they first became a problem I'd just shoot the few troublemakers and problem solved. Boy was i naive 😅
Even if you just recoup pellet costs, that would be sweet.

That's all I asked was gas and/or pellet money. After witnessing my work they were far more generous. One owner said I got more in 3 hours than he'd gotten in the last 2 years of putting out traps. Fun AND money too!
