Ghost Ghost XR Carbine, Two, Three Shot Groups…

I am not a bench rest shooter as I lack the talent and discipline needed… What I do mainly with my airguns is plink and pest. To that end I’ve found through lots of shooting that three shot groups best represent my skills. And because I rarely get a second attempt on a missed critter, three shot groups work for me. Two groups tonight after work, Ghost Carbine sending JSB Exact Jumbo 18.13s, bipod front, shoulder as rear bag.

Well now if we're being critical here....Pesting you say, well those groups are mighty fine but if'n that was a pair of sparrows You killed the left one twice, shaved it's back feathers once and failed to drop the one on the right completely. My groups Saturday...those black dots I drew are TINY. The 50Y dot would be a dead sparrow 10 out of 10, the 60Y 3 or so kills, 70Y 1 kill, and 80Y lol zero, still learning the holds! I will often draw a bird to scale around my groups to prove to myself if the shot I took would have in fact dropped the pest (with sparrows being the smallest I've shot) On that note....good shootin Luis!

My Ghost is rocking the SR5 AccuTac...only bipod I own and I absolutely am in love with it. ROCK SOLID and looks good (Esp on Black guns). Luis can chime in
.... but I believe he is also running AccuTacs as well on his Brks.

Thanks for the reply. yours is highly rated, but my budget is $100 now that i fell into the rabbit hole. it will be my first one, so i will try a less expensive one for now. I'm not planning on any bench rest shooting or competition, just hunting in the woods.

I also really enjoy using this one, its much lighter, and it is effective. UTG Recon 360 TL Bipod… An image of mine on the Atomic XR…

The gun is rested off the bipod on a table, shoulder as rear bag. I did not write or state the groups were shot “off hand”… Apologies if I failed to convey that properly…
