10m, got it.Yes, but no odd-ball distances like 30 yards. My range is 25, 50,75 and 100. I don't have the privilege to make it any different.

Do you agree with the app’s assessment of your score converting it to .22?Went to my private range - It was pretty windy, but I really wanted to try out the Eley X-Shot

I can’t see the photo clearly enough looking at the green scoring rings.

If you enjoy some friendly shooting competition but for whatever reason you can’t compete or participate in any, I might have the solution for you. If like me you can’t find any local clubs or maybe you have health problems that limit your mobility, lack of free time or maybe you’re just more comfortable shooting at home.
I might have a simple solution for you and the only cost is the price of targets and I even have a way to reduce that cost. Did I mention it will be free to enter and you can do it on your time, when and where it is convenient for you. All you need is a smartphone or iPad, an air rifle .22, .25 or .30. And a special paper target.
We can make some basic rules, but my intent is to make it as easy to participate as possible. The most important requirement is that you bring your “Personal Integrity” with you. The scoring is automated, the integrity comes into play when you set your distance.
For you old timers, this is the modern day “postal match”. Instead of mailing your target to some far off place, you simply take a photograph your target with a FREE app. The app lets me setup an event and I can invite shooters from around the world to participate. You can click on the event and join in.
We can agree on distances etc.,to shoot at. It’s basically a 50yd/m benchrest card, but we can shoot it at any distance we like. The app calculates the center of each hole and scores it as a .22. If we can get more participants by shooting at a shorter distance like 20yds so be it. If there’s enough interest we could even have events at different ranges.
It’s a great way to have fun and try some stress free competition, it took me a few minutes to set up a test event.
I am going to launch a Free online benchrest competition. I will be more than glad to make some prizes for it.
I already have some targets, I believe @duchunter007 does. and I know at least one other person has some ordered. I’m willing to mail smaller quantities of targets to someone if they don’t want to buy a package of them.
I would be interested in a 10m or 10yd Standing off hand competition. I can shoot that in my garage. There are 10m silhouette targets and many others that would be good and fun.If you enjoy some friendly shooting competition but for whatever reason you can’t compete or participate in any, I might have the solution for you. I like the idea of using this card (or standard 10m card) and doing 10m rifle competition edition.I would be interested in a 10m or 10yd Standing off hand competition. I can shoot that in my garage. There are 10m silhouette targets and many others that would be good and fun.
Darn, I missed this post. Obviously we need to block Soren from entering LOL.just kidding, nice shooting as always.Went to my private range - It was pretty windy, but I really wanted to try out the Eley X-Shot

I'm hoping to test this week(end). But it will likely be 10m (I'll make it offhand) vice the 50. We'll see what I manage. There is a practice competition up, that allows you to shoot 6 targets. The idea is for everyone to get a feel for how it all works. ELEY doesn’t let you enter the competition unless you’ve been invited to the competition. DM me your email if you want access. Unfortunately I have to do this for every event, that’s just how it works. I sent everyone an invite that I had an email for. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it. If you answered the first invite for the little test event, that won’t enter you into the practice event. If I have it send you an invite and you don’t accept it, it will not allow me to invite you again. The way it works is I enter your email into an invite box and click invite. The ELEY server actually sends you the invite not me and that’s why I have no control over it. I’ll be back on here and will try to nail down the rules, start and finish date etc.. please be thinking about all of that. The image below is the practice event. If you’re trying to compete and having issues DM me and I will try and help you. Nothing is in stone yet, but it’s time to get it rolling. Once we get it rolling, there is no reason that we can’t have more than one event running at the same time. For example we could have a 50yd event and a 10m event, or a75yd or 100yd event. Once it’s going smoothly, the options are wide open. I’m going to try and convince everyone to adopt the ASA rules, with a few minor changes. That way it will be easier to grow. Hope for success, plan for the best!View attachment 22835
