What'cha doing air gun related today?

Going to try and finish sighting in a few of my air rifles. A couple of days ago I started but the wind came up and.... I don't mind shooting in the wind but if the rifle isn't zeroed..... I'm going to try with my sentry first and then move on to my Sumatra both in .25. The sentry with my cast pellets and the Sumatra with my cast slugs. Then I'm going to go for the .22 impact. After that it's on to my 3 hatsan Springers. Hope I don't run out of steam cocking the hatsans.👀

I spend some time plinking these every afternoon. It's good stress relief.
Is than an American Sycamore tree? I planted one 20 feet from the house for shade and last year it grew taller then the house and had its first 'crop'. I shot one with my TX offhand and it blew up and released tons of floating seeds.....wasn't expecting that. Super reactive fun targets!
Wish I had planted more😅
Went back to the greenhouse with the Ghost today. Printed some decently small groups @ 48Yards with Mrds.

Threw an old RWS scope on my grandsons Daisy 880 and taught him how to sight it in at 32 yards. He picked the distance and I thought it would be ok for squirrels. The scope came with my Diana 48 years ago and was the only scope that I had that would fit the dovetail. I made sure he could group 5 shots within 3” at 32yds. Then we grabbed his Daisy and the Aloha ,22 and went to the closest WMA which is 8 miles away and 207,000 acres. We saw zero squirrels, two vultures and three woodpeckers. We also saw some coyote scat. But, I taught him some patience, muzzle safety. He also got to experience that unequaled experience of being in the woods. Time to do some scouting. I haven’t hunted this area in over 25 years. We’re blessed with three or four WMAs within 10 miles of the house from 3000 to 250,000 acres each. Kind of crazy that we can’t find a darn squirrel. Yet, this set off my security cameras in my driveway this morning at 3am.IMG_6470.webp

Well zeroing the sentry is a bust!!! I think it's clipping the moderator. If it turns out to the case I'm going to bore out the moderator to a 1/2 inch. I don't need it to quite the rifle. It just looks goofy without it. I did do a little bit of zeroing of my impact. Not real happy with the results but I think it's because I was using my eye glasses and the scope hasn't been focused for them on.😡😡 Oh well, that's on me.

It's a sweetgum tree. Thorny little balls that will dare you to walk barefoot in the yard. 😂 They're great practice for squirrel season though.

29 shots and I split the can at 30 yards. It’s a windy day so I put a little play sand at the bottom of the can. I took the photo after shot 28. I walked back and finished it off with shot 29.
Benji single die 10.5’s going 900 fps.
