What did you do airgun related today?

I purchased my first higher end pcp air rifle. Airguns of Arizona sold me a used Brocock Bantam 22 with 480cc bottle so im pretty excited to shoot it when it comes in! Thanks to Pasadena Mike for encouraging me to save up and get a better rifle.
When I was selling firearms I would often say "you'll forget how much you paid for it long before you'll forget how disappointed you are". This has proven true time, and time again.

Sometimes we have time to shoot, sometimes we don’t. Sometimes we only have time to organize or do maintenance.

Received my personal Red Panda yesterday. It is a beast. I actually needed to get somebody to help me carry it to my bench. It's so heavy. I think people should know is that the moderator adapter thread size is M 18X1 and I definitely think you should consider a moderator for this gun, because without it, it's report is only exceeded by its accuracy. So I checked it out and found everything intact, clean the bore thoroughly and then filled it with air. I have some appointments today, but I'll try to shoot it later in the afternoon. I put a Zulus. 5-20LRF on it for now. I was just kidding about needing help to carry it to my bench. I don't think anybody can shoot it, offhand.

I checked the zero on my Snowpeak P35 25 cal. It’s set up for night duty with a Pard NV008S. It’s been a few days, so I let two pellets fly at 18 yards. That’s the distance from my office window to my bird feeder.

Two pellets touching in the red, she’s ready as usual. The red is .6” across. Front supposed butt shouldered just like I take my pest shots. I pulled the first shot to the left a little. I’ve been shooting my Notos, which has a trigger not nearly as nice as the P35. FX 25 grain going 780 fps
Yes, I am always amazed about the extreme accuracy at 50m with my Stoeger XM1 Bullshark / P35, in all calibers.

Congrats on getting the superb Red Panda bench rifle. Time to win some competitions now!

If you remove the shroud, yes. That is what Nibs did. I ordered an adapter from someone on agn/gta, but it was supposed to have been mailed out Monday last week and I still haven't received it. Ohio to Virginia is not far, and my PMs go unanswered. Moderators are from redcorn outdoors.

If you meant for my Avenger, donnyfl adapter and buck rail moderator. After filling to 3500 again, it was at 3k just a bit ago. We shall see in the morning. Laminate is beautiful, but not worth it if it won't hold air from the start.
I've had a lot of trouble with the Avenger series rifles. They shoot amazing once tuned properly. I got the Avenge-X 22 around Christmas and it showed up leaking loudly in three different locations. C'mon Air Venturi get your quality control in check!

Where did you buy your Avenge-X ? If you have problems, contact Air Venturi for support and keep us advised.

I once again ordered from Pyramid Air. I learned long ago not to send a pcp in for repair if you can fix it yourself. Two of the leaks were the dowty washer seals under both gauges not sealing correctly. Ordered a seal kit from Amazon and replaced and got that sorted. The other was the air tube seal needed replacing. It had hardened and turned to dust breaking up in pieces. Replaced and all good and saved myself $35.00 in shipping fees not sending it in for repair. It is much more accurate than my other gen one Avengers thats for sure. I couldn't be happier as far as that goes!

I drove 100 miles today to High Pressure Pneumatics in Harrison MI to purchase a 75 cuft tank with an HP3 valve. Tom then filled it for me and answered several questions. I also purchased a tank carrier and cradle. I got to looking around when he was helping another customer and decided to buy some AEA pellets in 21.9g and 18.3 (you can never have enough pellets). Beautiful day and light traffic. I highly recommend High Pressure Pneumatics.

Bought a .177cal 500mm barrel for my new Crown MKII. Lately, for backyard shooting I've been drawn back into shooting the good ol .177cal. I'll post some pics when it gets in. I didn't really need another Crown, but I do love the Green laminate stock.

Did initial set up of my very noisy "big boy" compressor. Topped off Captain America about 4k psi, then took it out to get my first shots and thoughts with it while trying to sight in the scope. Apparently this scope was very off... I still haven't found paper after about 40 shots, but the shooting was so nice and buttery. Time to resort to laser bore to figure out something a bit closer
