Ghost New limited edition Ghost

BRK are teasing a new limited edition Ghost on social media.

What do people think this will be? a standard Ghost in a colour or a "proper" upgraded or new tech special edition?

I personally have no real interest in coloured versions, so hoping it might have some new tech but my money is on a ghost just in green or blue.

We will see, unfortunately my wife would probably use it on me if I bought a second Ghost less than a year after buying the first...

I am really hoping the sub-moa barrel lives up to the hype!

Idk, when I spoke with Derek, he indicated that sub-moa is ramping production of barrels for multiple platforms besides the Ghost, and that as they produce the barrels they are shipped out to multiple distributors (besides AOA) which would account for the scarcity.

I hope that is the case and it is not an issue with the barrel.

I have not, but in fairness I have not looked very far as I have focused on AOA. lt is probably worth taking a look around to see who else (if anyone) has them.

I think I know someone who has one. But, I believe they gave/sold most all of them all to their sponsored shooters. It’s really odd that there are almost no user reports of the .30 Sub-MOA Ghost barrels. To me that would indicate:

1. There are no barrels out there - which I know is not correct.
2. The new owners don’t want to talk about their new barrel - I doubt that.
3. Those that received a barrel are under a gag order/media embargo - possible, I’ve seen that done with new products in other industries.
4. Only one sample escaped into the wild - I’m starting to think that’s a possibility.

If the official Sub-MOA website is a “comprehensive source” of info on their barrels, I’d hate to see a less informative website. Their website is 2 pages, no details or information. One page offers two products with no details, the other page has one that states sold out LOL.

Thanks but no thanks Ive had plenty of dealings with aoa and pretty much know what to believe and know what not to believe. They shovel a lot of manure out there

My cynical 2 cents, it is marketing. You release it for the Sonoran and sell a LOT of ~$2k guns, then release a limited edition Ghost with it and sell more $2k (or more) guns, then get the barrel kits out there and sell a bunch of $500 barrel kits.

BRK Ghost comes fitted with a LW barrel - SubMoa barrels are aftermarket and not affiliated with BRK
