You’re probably right. The anodized Ghosts seem to be very popular and even more so in the UK.

LW makes respectably accurate barrels. Will this new magic barrel be better? That remains to be seen. There are plenty of rifles presently on the market that are capable of performance far better than the guy holding it and pulling the trigger.

Yes, it does look nice, I don’t mind the subdued colored stocks like that. I think I’ve seen that rifle in the FB group. But, I’m personally not into the bright anodized aluminum rifles and personally wouldn’t pay the premium for it, but understand why others might.

It’s definitely blue = sad.
But it looks like a different shroud and it comes with a longer under bottle piece it looks like.

The barrel also looks like the 28" version with the slimmer shroud. Though that is obviously a guess...

Ah I only look at the sub12 ones but yes the world record FAC one has the same barrel doesn’t it and a similar under part so it could be a blue world edition effectively.

Interesting! So its blue, probably a tensioned 28in (slug) L.W. barrel, and HOPEFULLY some internal goodies (ie. improved flow probe) Fancy colors don't interest me much either...knowing daystate it's probably just a face refresh

I haven’t read the rest of this thread yet haha just wanted to say that I say an Instagram post about the new ghost special edition and my first thought was to ask you what you think of it haha…. I haven’t looked at BRK super super hard because they are out of my price range but they do seem to being going hard for slug shooters on this version. That new barrel system sounds cool.

Well, for me I can find other guns to purchase for $3500. I’m sure it hits the spot for some, just not me. I don’t care about anodized chassis’ and I’d rather choose my own add-ons. I’m not criticizing the gun per se or those that desire bright colored guns. I owned a lot of handguns too and never desired a “race gun” either.

I have not seen one iteration of the Ghost after the original (which I own) that I like more than the original...except maybe the black one
I was hoping for more internal goodies/performance stuff and less external bolt ons myself, but honestly not surprised by this.

I agree. I wouldnt choose this over a Black ghost. I too was hoping it may have some technology or part changes rather than parts stuck on but I am sure they will sell them all to some people.

Yeah, I love my stock Ghost. But i just don't see enough added value to drop almost double the price for this, even if it shoots slugs. I would rather go the route I am on of buying a Sub-Moa slug barrel for my current Ghost or adding a Sonoran to my collection...
