New Gun Day! Hatsan really blew it.

Today was supposed to be new airgun day... I ordered two guns from Hatsan USA... a refurb Zada (price was good so I thought I'd give it a try), and a Model 25 Supertact (relatively high-powered spring pistol with a stock). I was excited to have something new to play with over the holiday weekend.

Well, sure enough, two boxes came today... With two pretty nice airguns in them. Just not the ones that I ordered. Which is a double shame, because I have two neat guns I can't try out!

Oh well, at least I have a new HW77 to learn my way around. My first springer! So far it seems like I did ok picking that one.

Well it took a little while (partly because I waited about a week to send the bad delivery back), but I got the ones I ordered.

They told me they would ship my order as soon as FedEx had the wrong ones. Three days after Hatsan had signed for them, they still hadn't sent mine out so I emailed them on a Friday night, asking about it. Monday night, it felt like it had been a few days (ofc only one business day) so I poked them again. Tuesday morning, I got a response message with only two tracking numbers. I'm guessing I had started to annoy them. Tracking indicated that they hadn't shipped my packages when FedEx had the returns, or even after they received the returns... Not until the Monday morning after my follow up message.

A couple more days, and I had received everything in fine condition. I guess Hatsan USA will make it right, as long as you keep on top of them, and don't expect service with a smile!
