I've only been involved with air gunning for about 3 years. I have owned 10 air rifles, and I pistol. I have cleared the inventory to the point of my satisfaction. I have been involved with shooting since I was 19 and here, I am now 79 still evolving. Somebody said, once something stops evolving it is headed toward extinction. With that in mind I am hell bent on moving forward. I have found that with air guns one is faced with 2 learning curves in the beginning, the gun itself and how to shoot it effectively. I am still evolving on both curves. Anyway, back to main point, at this time I think have reached a good stopping place as far as the guns go, I may never master the shooting curve, but I plan to go out trying. I have attached a photo of my present and hopefully permanent collection. Keep in mind I am strictly a backyard shooter. Left to right, AA S510 (.25) HW100 (.22) HW110 (.177) HW50S (.22) HW30NSE (.177) on top id Beeman P1 (.177)

HW50S, & HW110 in that order but the new AA S510 may change that. If I have a limited amount of time or want to shoot free hand it is the HW50S. I can shoot out to a max of 50 yds and the HW50 can take care of that distance with ease. I like them all equally, but I am factoring in the utility of the gun.

Solid airgun choices! Im seeing some similarities here😂.....i have been back into airguns for 3 years now.
The number of airguns i have come up with is also 5, and it will hopefully consist of 3pcps and 2 springers! Im at 3 right now and waiting (patiently😬) for a HW50/Beeman R9 in .177 to be in stock....somewhere in Canada!
The 3rd pcp is still a mystery to me, but like yours it will be a .25 or bigger....the heavy hitter. Enjoy them, my vote is 100% to the S510. Pulled mine out after it sat for a week or two last month. Set up and shot the bull out on the first shot @ 40Y... Second shot? Killed a fly that landed on the target box! Neither my TX or Ghost can do that after sitting, at their zeroed distance.
