Yep. Been watching them, but I want a 22. I should have picked up that HPS 22 a few weeks back. Wanted to wait for the Daystate reveal first. Looks like I can go back to looking for a EVOL.

Tom also said they were hoping to release some new AAA info last week, but still nothing. Might stick with an older one.

I just went through the PCP section and noticed the only AAA models posted on the site is the EVOL 30 w/18" barrel, the EVOL Mini 22, and the Paradigm 30 in walnut w/18" barrel. I don't see the 15" model, the 18", or the other two Paradigms in Gray Laminate and Green Camo Laminate on the site. Looks like they removed them. I'm glad I got a green laminate in case they get discontinued. I wonder if Steve Corcoran will still make them upon request.

I didn't even notice that. I was assuming it was an 18" barrel. Just looking at it now, I noticed that this model comes with the new external adjustable regulator and Sub-MOA barrel. That probably explains the price increase.

I don't think this is the new HPS model though. Looks like it's built off the current Evol .30 platform. 90fpe from a 21" barrel is not much - I'd expect the HPS version will kick that well into the 120+ fpe range. Eager to see the new offerings.

I agree. The standard EVOL TAC 30 puts out around 80 ft/lbs with JSB 44.75gr. Going off info from another thread shows the new HPS putting out around 140 FPE with 65gr NSA slugs.

Those are some serious numbers. I hope the accuracy is up there to with proper slug barrels.

The one I tested in 2023 with an 18 inch TJ barrel, was slinging those terrible 56gr zan pellets for 110 fpe pretty effortlessly. It was the pellets fault it wasnt terribly accurate.

AOA has changed the picture of the new Evol .30 it has listed, it now shows the fluted 21 in. tapered barrel
