Im looking for what I'm calling my "last" airgun. Those who know my past will laugh but im pretty set with what I have now however im looking for a gun that can be supported for years to come.

The RAW Mini is intriguing, I want something stupid reliable and simple to work on. Also something thats supported here in the good ol US of A by the man behind the gun. The 40fpe level is a great power level to shoot the 20.83gr Monster Lights and 22gr AEA pellets. I also think it would be a great gun to get behind my standing tripod and shoot. My Taipans are too rear heavy for my liking when using my standing tripod so i never use it with them. Great guns out of my truck though.

Does anyone have a Mini in .22?

Is this the 22 cal what was on pyramid air? I was looking at it recently and then their on hand count dropped to zero. Also, do yo feel it's worth the price you paid for it?
It is .22 but bought from AOA using my HAM points for a 10% discount. And yes I do. Its top notch machining, great quality parts. Its a robust little gun. Why i felt the move towards it is simplicity in a sea full of very complicated guns to choose from. Get back to basics. RAW and Theoben have proven themselves over many years and still are great to this day even though not getting into all the gadgets and gizmos of today's guns. Plus readily available parts its a huge deal and being USA made is a bonus.

I owned a RAW .30 years ago and was a great gun. It was really long and heavy though and for my kind of shooting just wasn't for me. I've been interested in the Mini since they came out as they have good power from a much shorter and lighter package. So far im impressed
