2240-Type Mellonair Hammer ?

I installed a Mellonair Hammer which is very nice.
However, the factory hammer pin fits very sloppy.
Does anyone make a better pin?

If I had a small lathe

just find the one that fits.
a lathe wouldn't help much as drill bits hardened tool steel and with out some proper tooling you count do much with it in a lathe
find the bit that fit then cut it a dermal if needed

pan is right. You can get metric or American drill bits so you can find a bit that is very snug.

The problem is the lip that rides under the tube so it does not pop up and out.
