So I just picked up a really nice condition, early model Walther LP2. The valve seals feel shot. I'm not worried about replacing them, but here is the kicker: the valve cap is normally a 3-hole pin affair, but what I have is a nut with a whole machined in the middle that had a molded rubber plug fit into it. Before I tear it apart, I want to make sure I don't have some sort of factory oddity. Does anyone have any information about something like this or have a source they can refer me to? Thanks!
