In light of recent events I’m calling it quits from Edguns. I have decided to trade in all my Edgun L2s and get a Ghost .22 compact and get my beloved Pathfinder back. I will keep my classic L1 because it’s a simple gun. Anyway, on to a new chapter with BRK.

I’m certain that AoA will welcome you with open arms. 😉

That just blows my doors off, with all the praise you gave them in the past, and $$ spent with them, but I would be doing the same thing in your place Mike! Love my guns but (as you've mentioned before) buying pcps Is more than just getting the gun it's getting service/warranty as well if ever needed. The company I deal with up here reminds of AoA, excellent customer support to date!

@PasadenaMike For a while I'd been wondering what you'd seen that many others hadn't. That shop has been a 💩 show for a few years from what I've read. My last experience showed me enough to heed what others have been saying. I do my best to avoid spending money there.

It’s unfortunate because the guns are so awesome but that’s not all there is to it as we all know. I thought being 45 minutes away would be beneficial but honestly I’d rather just send my guns to AOA. Worst part is I’ve referred people over and that’s the thanks I get being shafted.

@PasadenaMike I understand. It's why I try to work on my own guns, buy my Edguns used, and Edgun parts from Francisco in Spain if I can help it.

@PasadenaMike What's your story? What did this shop do and not do?
Dealer Called the cycling issue “user error” I call Bull. I have 4 other L2s so obviously I’m not new. From the first day the gun had cycling issues. Shoot, shoot, thump, dud. I tried hades, fx and JSB 81s. Seated them as instructed kept having issues.
I Drove the gun down they tested with fx pellets with 20 magazines. They claimed the gun ran flawlessly. Ok great I picked it up

yesterday I tested and had the same issues with different pellets again. I called and they’re saying it’s user error. If I was a dealer I’d take the gun back but they want to fix this one. I don’t have time to keep taking the gun down and getting the run around. I can smell bullshit from a mile away. I doubt they had a flawless 20 magazines. At that point I decided to part with the gun as a lost cause.

Im Not one to raise hell I just drop you like a bad habit

Quite the 180* turn from…

Sorry Mike, but you're nuts! Dropping a whole string of some of the best guns you've said you've ever had, because of a bad experience with one shop, makes zero sense. Do what Ezanan4CE said, and just do business with Francisco. What difference does it make in the end? If you need help and your gun is out of service, it doesn't matter if it's 20 minutes or 2000 miles away, it's broke. What happens after a bad experience at AOA? People have had them, good customers have had them. Now you are in the same boat has everyone else, and you can't have it all local, and you are dropping your favorite brand because of ONE guy and an aversion to going to the post office? Really? Good luck!
