Oh wow nice handy chart!! Now if other manufacturers felt like sharing this info that would be swell. I went through a fair amount to get o-rings sourced for my hand pump last year... Then once I figured it out I bought 20 or soBuy them in bulk from theoringstore.com When you order them, on the print, the middle set of numbers is the reference to size. There's a few of us who successfully use urethane o-rings #122 on the air cylinder/regulator in both 70 and 90 duro to keep the o-ring from being cut during installation or extruding later on in it's life. (I like the softer 70 duro here for more surface contact.)
Also, check out my post on the modified air cylinder installation procedure, that helps prevent cutting the o-rings upon installation.

Maintenance - Modified assembly procedure for the regulator and air cylinder on original Evol models...
Overview of the long post: On the original generation Evol's, to prevent the threads cutting the o-rings upon re-assembly, first install/push the regulator deep down into the air cylinder so the o-ring is just past the threads. Then screw on the air cylinder onto the receiver, ensuring the...community.hardairmagazine.com

i can pretty much fill it to any pressure 2000psi and up and it'll leak, very slow leak...I'm putting the reg in the tube past the threads then screwing the tube on, the other side where the gauge is you really can't do thatJust curious. What pressure are you filling to when you notice it leaks? Also, when you changed the #122 o-ring on the regulator, how are you installing it back into the air cylinder?
nope, dont think soOh no I thought you bought the one I returned but I thought wrong
lol mine was a mini so you’re safenope, dont think so
i called about it but it wa already gone they said it was the guageOh no I thought you bought the one I returned but I thought wrong
Oh good to know. The gauge leaks are the slow leaks. I figured but hey shouldn’t leak newi called about it but it wa already gone they said it was the guage
i would agree. and would say that would be true for all of them even a leaking leshiyOh good to know. The gauge leaks are the slow leaks. I figured but hey shouldn’t leak new
Yeah actually I had to dunk my leishy classic to find the Leak at the gauge. Leshiys get a pass if they leaki would agree. and would say that would be true for all of them even a leaking leshiy
Cool! That sounds like a relatively easy change. Hopefully, AoA has those in stock. The best money is on the cylinder to receiver o-ring #122 having extruded and or developed a cut. It is the big o-ring on the regulator. I just changed one last week after the ring split.
Soap it up and verifyCool! That sounds like a relatively easy change. Hopefully, AoA has those in stock.
