Notos Notos Gen.2 problem

Need help guys. I bought brand new Gen 2 Notos couple months back. Also ordered the Huben Dream Valve regulator. Got the regulator, and after we r watching all the "How too" videos, I made the swap. Simple as pie. Then yesterday, I aired it up....at least, tried. It blew out 4 or 5 O rings. Right where the regulator screws into the Notos air block. Always in the same position, and between 1000 and 1500psi. Am using the correct grease, perfect o rings, no nicks or gouges . What's going on? Any ideas?

It's the same o-ring every time? Any chance it needs to be a bit larger/smaller.

Well, its the ones that came in the Notos Dream regulator, and the Notos spares. Hueben sent about 9 or 10 Notos rebuilds worth, as well as enough for a couple of regulator rebuilds. Tried couple of them, and couple that came with the Notos itself.
I was told little while ago to slowly tighten up the pressure release while letting airflow into the regulator the 1st fill. This came from Huben, so, maybe. I did strip it again and replaced today and reclocked it all, so its all set to re try it anyway. Just gotta keep my fingers crossed I guess.
