The draining sequence seems to me that it would negate the functioning of the CS-4 on board filter

It says charcoal filter. Not of much use to us. Want to find out more about what is inside the thing first. A little pricy.

I have one on my Gx CS4. I can’t say too much about it. I drain a lot of water out of it and the compressor drain before and after every fill. I use my compressor 3-4 times daily and fill inside my climate controlled home. I believe the filter has silica gel beads inside it.

I can't go back to a single filter after using the Tuxing dual. I live in a low humidity environment but the amount of water the first fiber filter extracts before the carbon/dessicant stage is a lot. A small puddle after draining that side topping off a 9L from 3k to 4.5k.

I use a layer of the color changing dessicant beads and im 2 years in and it is still orange.

No, direct feed from high side.
This compressor to be specific.
Left side gold tube is fiber filled extracts most of the moisture
Right side is carbon and dessicant and output to gun/tank.
Each tube has a bleed.
