Others Day 2 of making sure I shoot this weekend.

Day 2 of making sure I airgun because it's what I've found to be one of those things I truly love.

Today I decided to take it off the table and shoot off my tripod with obviously no rear rest and a stance I'm not quite used to anymore. Been quite some time since I've used it.

The pictures tell the story, comments, suggestions, tips welcome.

It was quite windy today, gusts over 20 mph and not many calm moments but there were some and i did take advantage.. Not all shots were perfect, not even close to all but nothing I am disappointed with. I think I'll be practicing more of this. I can't wait to slay some pigeons tomorrow with the Mini

I have a pigeon permission at a local farm I've been frequenting.

It was 72 degrees today, the wife and I walked our son down the beach. Snow and shoot nope. Haha.

I grew up in MI and ice fished in the winter, but as a kid. I can’t imagine now that I’ve lived in FL for 20 years. Haha

Man those minis are gorgeous! The slayer not so much Is the mini predominantly a pellet shooter? Snow and 20mph wind?!... I'd be hiding inside. I bought a BOG tripod before Christmas with the plans to shoot off it and make an adapter to hold up the chrono, gonna be different!

Hey now ! I find the slayer to be a sexy girl in her own way! In a minimalist kind of way. No frills, heavy lead tac driver!



I like to shoot on days like that in short bits, I was out for 45 minutes or so after working outside in the morning

I had a BOG death grip , great bipod and easy to use, sometimes I wish I still had it , I used to use it a lot to tune rifles that needed to be out of their stocks to adjust.

i had a hard time warming up to the looks of the slayer but it has really grown on me.
