I sure like my .25 caliber. I sent it back to AOA and had the power tune done.I have one in .22 unregulated, and am extremely pleased with it.
How much power does it make now?I sure like my .25 caliber. I sent it back to AOA and had the power tune done.
Running 33.95 JSB’s at 943 fps and getting 67 ft-lbs. I also polished the barrel. It’s very accurate gun.How much power does it make now?
Thats the thing. If you use 177 slugs bc as a guide the larger calibers bc seems to be much less than advertised. No idea whyI’ve got to admit I’m very impressed by the apparent accuracy of the .20. I really have to wonder why its ballistics are so good.
That's good shootingSonoran .30, AEA 50.5gr pellets, 185bar, 2-3% slug tune. Yes the same tune I used for the slug 5x5 with AEA slugs. 890fps. 8-23mph winds. 2.5 SD. Average MOA = 1.97. Absolutely disappointing. My Sonoran either doesn’t like these higher speeds or the tune is too disruptive. For some reason, I seem to get tighter groups with 45gr and 50gr pellets at 160-165 bar 850fps.
Can i come stay at your house for a month?Couple more pictures from today, Sniper XR
The only thing my Sniper needs is the SubMoA barrel, I am hoping they will come out with a sub MOA for the SniperI do wonder if the .25 would be the ideal caliber for the Sonoran.
When I need a replacement barrel for my Sniper .22, Shane asked if it was a magnum apparently that has more barrel options. The only thing my Sniper needs is the SubMoA barrel, I am hoping they will come out with a sub MOA for the Sniper
Mine is the magnum, but I would like the sub MOA barrel if they ever decided to make one. When I need a replacement barrel for my Sniper .22, Shane asked if it was a magnum apparently that has more barrel options.
Mine isn’t so I didn’t inquire further.
