I always do it as 10 shots, personally. I don't know that anything other than "off-hand, with irons" was ever established. Also started as sproingers, and I added in pumpers because I can't help myself.I wish I had seen this when it first came out. Now I will have to give it a try. I feel like if it were a real bell target, you have to get inside the line to score the higher number, rather than the usual paper target scoring rules that count the higher number if you touch the line. I'm sure first attempt will be abysmal, but I hope to improve with practice.
Did we decide on 8 shots or 10?
Now I see Bill M proposed another competition, so I'll take a peek at that one too.
Hello and welcome to HAM. What PCPs do you have?Just recently purchased this new Diana two fifty. Shot less than 100 rounds through it. Thought I would try this challenge with it. My very first post on here and first challenge. Alot of fun. Have targets ordered for the 50 yard bench challenge. Will use my PCP's on that. Not much on the shooting but it is fun and can get my grandson involved also. He loves to shoot!
Barra 250z, Umarex Notos, and Air Venturi Alpha. All are good squirrel hunting guns and pretty good shooters out to 50 yards anyway. As long as the shooter does his part!Hello and welcome to HAM. What PCPs do you have?
Got a couple Daisy 10m guns. 853 and a 499b bb gun. Excellent 10 meter guns. Just shot the Bell target with the 853. They are good little shooters.I do not want another 10m precision rifle, I do not need a 10m precision rifle. Well maybe the second one is true.
