I have had a busy few weeks out on the road filming all sorts of hunting content using a variety of high-end products. This particular night we set out for some serious Coyote hunting using the new to me RTI Arms Mora Sniper that puts out 250fpe using the 125gr ZAN Projectile Slugs. This is a large airgun and with scope comes in around 11lbs, perfect candidate for stationary hunting from a tripod. I outfitted the Mora with a New Guide Outdoors Gen2 TU431 LRF professional grade Thermal unit. This particular location has an explosion with the Coyote population, so I spent a good part of the day setting up the Mora and getting everything for the evening festivities. We did spend an entire week hunting so expect to see more, just takes me tremendous time to edit everything. Here is a video that documents one of the nights using the Mora, I'm very impressed with how quiet this rifle is and just how easy it was to shoot accurately. Enjoy!

@MountainSportAirguns Awesome content. I enjoyed watching this. There's some good shooting in there. Shout out to RTI for putting a hunting gun in the hands of a hunter and keeping the dialog open to answer his questions. I really appreciate that. Is the Mora a regulated gun? I'd like to know more about the optic Dana. Do you have a video where you discuss it more in depth?

I have been very impressed with the Mora , But I think I am going to wait for the Mora shorty with 500mm barrel.
Also for a USA dealer that deals in this brand , Not sure which ones do,
Mike

Tony from Talon Tunes is the RTI importer and has all three versions (compact, standard and sniper) available in all calibers.

Airguns Of Arizona is a distributor of RTI and I believe they have the Mora in stock.

Yes it's regulated, the Guide Thermal is very high end and I will eventually show more details of it after it gets used more.

how is the nbalance on those I know that one is long.
have you had your hands on the short compact?
Have not used the compact and probably won't be, this is the Sniper version with 28" barrel and 1100cc bottle. It's heavy, probably over 11lbs with scope and setup for a tripod use only. The balance is centered so it does well from a tripod or bench..this won't be a gun I will carry around and offhand shoot. For stationary long range predator hunting it's a good choice, so far the longest I've gone is 380 but don't plan on doing any hunting with it beyond 150. I wanted this because it's very quiet and shoots slugs well, so far I've not tried anything but the 125gr but will be trying the 100gr soon. I will say it's a joy to shoot and very easy to achieve exceptional accuracy due to the trigger and tame recoil.

following along
its a slick look beast
I have a friend that raises produce that's has ask if we ( myself and my buddy Mark ) if would could help thin out some coyotes that are getting into the Mellon patch so that's something we are both thinking about.

Hi Dana! What does Tom C. think of the Mora, specifically the valving? I have an American Air Arms EVOL and a RTI rifle. I enjoy and trust them both, the RTI is easy to work on (I've never had to wrench on the AAA) but when a 'coon gets into the henhouse, I reach for the RTI....power!

It would be great if the EVOL could shoot at double it's current energy level and maintain a "dead" non resonant shot cycle.
