It may be an Amazon tracking number @Beanflip
There have been reports in the forums about Pyramid doing the packaging and sub-contracting out the shipping to Amazon

That's one way for Bezos to try to become as rich as Musk

What are you seeing in Pyramyd? Could be an issue that you arent seeing everything I put into the system.
When i ship i enter:

• Carrier name: DHL ecommerce
• Tracking number: abc123
• Tracking link: (full link above)

Do you not see that its DHL e-commerce?
Do you see the link I provide?

I've had a few of these "cant find it" emails...

Does P/A clearly tell you its DHL e-comm & give you the link?
or is it hidden or not there at all?

I looked in “my orders” and a tracking number is given there with no other details. I didn’t look anywhere else.
