Where Do You Get Your O‑Rings?

Where Do

I’m curious where everyone sources their O‑rings for PCP gear—fill nipples, Foster QDs, gauges, compressors, the whole setup.

I’ve been going through a bunch of fittings lately, and it’s amazing how many places claim to have the right size, only to ship something that looks like it belongs in a lawn sprinkler. For reference, most standard Foster male plugs use AS568‑006, and for high‑pressure work I stick with NBR90 or Viton 90 depending on the job.

Where do you get your O‑rings, and why?

  • Bulk suppliers
  • Amazon/eBay
  • Marco Rubber
  • Captain O‑Ring
  • Local hydraulic shops
  • Something obscure I’ve never heard of

For what it’s worth…

I was going to order from Marco Rubber, but their shipping was a little steep for such a small item. I ended up going through Mykin instead — they had the right sizes in 90‑duro, and the shipping made a lot more sense for a small order.

Curious what everyone else is using and what’s been reliable for you.

I buy individually sized rings from The O-Ring Store
They are reliable, and ship quickly
And have an excellet supply of metric and AS568 O-rings in stock in a variety of materials

When I buy a new (to me) gun I buy an O-Ring kit from eBay seller R&S for my spares kit
Richard's stuff is excellent, and he too ships quickly
And the O-rings are labeled to match the factory schematics

Just my 2 durometer

Airgun dealers if im after a whole kit, if I need an o-ring quick its gonna be a hydraulic service shop. I also use their grease lines as air-fill hoses (some are rated for 10k psi) and they usually have what I need for ends or make it work and crimp it all onsite.
If im shopping @ Huma or Best Fittings (UK), to get more 'value' from shipping i'll throw in some o-rings that I'll most likely need down the road for fosters, barrel o-rings, etc.
Down time is not cool!
