I understand the coastal wind struggle. My range being between wooden fence and back of garage makes a nice assist on the wind, although it has the opposite effect on sound. Also only works for the 25 yard and under shooting.

My wife’s special request for Mother’s Day dinner was creamy mushroom gnocchi with extra mushrooms and extra sauce. I forgot the gnocchi when I went to the grocery store this morning, so when I hoped to shoot I was going to the grocery store a 2nd time.
I missed a shot at a fidgety agama. Other than that just some plinking with my CZ200 Hunter.

I went back to the squirreling grounds in high winds… took a shot of one at 140y and another at 170… didn’t hit them but close enough to make them go running. So I’m happy about that.

Don't know about you, but I'm getting ready to start building an ark here. This rain and my arthritis sure don't get along. My new Beeman regulated pup came in today, I did manage to get it outta the box, but that was it. Gave it a little cursory look over and put it up. I couldn't have loaded a magazine if my life wouldda depended on it.Just 20 CPHP from my CZ200 Hunter. Better than nothing. Not bad considering we’ve had 1.11” of rain today. "Range" day with my brother today. Our Monday session in his backyard today consisted of a cannage course, some spent co2 carts, set of 30 shot groups on paper, and some chrony numbers. Brought my pinty, 3622, and 880 to join his Gamo Swarm Maxxim in an on and off sprinkle.
During the session, I kept thinking that I was going through air/pellets quickly on my 3622. While doing chrony and 30 shot group, gun sounded louder and noticed puff of air on my face with every shot (plus low power at 11-12 fpe). I guess it is finally time for this Papa to play the find it fix it game.
In other news, shooting my pinty again made him think that he needs one of his own. While trying to enter a discount code it submitted his order, so now he has joined the dark side with a P-Pup on order.

They canceled his accidental order for him, so he changed it to 2 pups and discount. He's secretly torturing me, as he has them going to our dad (one for dad, one for him) so that he can set them up and play with them. I will have to wait a whole month to sate the excitement he has invoked.

My band and moderator for the rifle is supposed to be here friday, so I will send you pics of the air tube as it fits the pup quick as the mail runs. Hopefully that will fit the pups tube, so I can get one coming for my pup, and if your brother is interested in one or more, he can get Red corn to hook him up as well. Speaking of, Red corn hooked me up with another seller that's making aluminum threaded in adapters for the Pinty pup, with the standard size threads, for moderators.

Replaced trigger spring in my Beeman regulated 'pup with the ink pin spring, and filed down the trigger linkage rod a couple threads. Lord what a difference!
Against my strong fears of helically winding something up big time, due to my lack of mechanical skills, reading, and listening to you guys posts have got me attempting things I would never have attempted even a couple of months ago. I guess that makes the lot of y'all good influences and explainers.

Interesting, I have one for my rifle (although I don't use it) but didn't know anyone was adapting the pup.

How you like that scope? I been looking hard at them, even put the bug in the wife's ear about it, saved to her Amazon prime for upcoming birthday. Does the night see um work pretty well? Thinking one of those on my Condor would be just the ticket for night time chicken stealing Coyotes.

That Man United poster would make an excellent target to try it out with j/k. I didn’t like my DNT TNC-225R at first, then it grew on me fast. I was sitting out at 2am last night with my Ghost and the DNT watching the rabbits with the IR and thermal imaging. I have an agreement with the wife not to shoot anything in the yard except rats and they come out too late.
