Western Airguns Mordax Accessories

There’s a growing range of Western Airguns Mordax accessories. They increase the attraction of this dynamic little airgun still further!

First, here’s the basic configuration, as shipped but with a red dot sight attached. With that in mind, we can continue to see what the accessories look like…

First we can see two accessories that convert the base Mordax into the “Long Strike” version shown in our heading photograph at the start of this story.

This Long Strike Upgrade Kit comprises a longer, 14-Inch – barrel, together with a larger HPA air tube. This raise the onboard air capacity to 180 cc for increased shot count. The longer barrel increases Muzzle Velocity, of course.

For sound moderation, Lauren Parsons at AoA recommends the BRK MF170 silencer for use with the Mordax. This airgun-only silencer is 40mm in diameter and fits onto the 1/2-Inch UNF threads cut into the end of the barrel.

Now let’s move on to furniture. Below we can see the Walnut pistol grip for the Mordax. This is specially designed and manufactured by Woods Water Outdoors for use with the Mordax.

There’s also a matching walnut cheekpiece from Woods Water Outdoors to complete the upgrade.

Now we move on to stock extenders. There’s two Western Airguns Mordax accessories in this category. First is a simple stock extender that increases the length of pull. That’s the upper item in our photograph below.

In addition, there’s also a combined stock extension and spare magazine holder. This is a 3D-printed assembly that increases the length of pull and also holds an additional magazine in place, courtesy of magnetic attraction.

Plus – of course – you’ll be needing at least one additional magazine to enjoy your new Mordax to the full! These solid titanium magazines have a stainless steel cover plate and are designed to withstand the rigors of full auto fire.
