How about sending those of us that have an order waiting an email as to whether we are in the next batch to be received or will be waiting until later in July. And it is a shame that if we were to cancel because of this long delay that we will lose 10% of what we have paid. Compensation or bonus items would be appreciated since this delay is not your customers' fault.

Kevin and Annie i am now on my 3rd pinty--1 thumper and 2 strikers
I got the 3rd gun in late april 2026 as a replacement for the first 2 that dont work, and it just degassed itself
you are offering discounts on the new Falcon to previous buyer
Three strikes and you are out --what do i need to do to get a refund under warrenty-i like the gun, but it is just unreliable
if you will send me a return shipping label I will return the Striker and think about getting a falcon when they are available thank you, and i look forward to hearing from you

Only question I have are your barrels in particular a warranty item? I will just be straight forward. In my research and watching videos they seem quite the crapshoot. If a “bad” one is received is that by itself replaceable under warranty?? What would constitute “bad” if that is a warranty part ?

I always buy my hammer springs from Aliexpress.
Just measure the existing hammer spring and buy a similar spring.
I buy the springs from this seller: HotXYZ Official Store - Amazing products with exclusive discounts on AliExpress

I buy the longest ones (100mm) and cut them to whatever length I need.
Need to decide on outer diameter and wire diameter.

For instance this is the spring with 1.2mm wire diameter:

I picked some up from an Amazon dealer and they collapsed, wouldn't spring back. They looked identical in height, twist and wire diameter. The slightly larger (wider) I bought wouldn't fit in the opening. I'll peek at the ones you're showing. TY!

I had the same collapsing problem with some stainless steel springs I bought in the beginning.

I used the springs linked above for many years in all my airguns.
They are made from 65 Mn steel which is actually used for springs.
