Hello HAM Community members!

I‘m Kevin, and I handle Marketing and Operations for Pinty. Many of you might have already recognized me from YouTube reviews or our booth videos at SHOT Show. On behalf of our entire team, we are excited to officially join the Hard Air Magazine community!;)

At Pinty, our mission is simple: to make the PCP experience accessible and enjoyable for everyone without the "expensive" price tag. Whether you are a backyard plinker or a serious small-game hunter, we believe you deserve reliable, high-performance gear that just works.

What to expect here:
This section is your space. We’ll be using this corner of HAM to:
  • Announce New Products: Be the first to see our upcoming models and optic tech.
  • Gather Feedback: We don't just sell airguns; we listen. Your suggestions go directly to our R&D team.
  • Share Knowledge: we’re here to help you get the most out of your setup.

Community Engagement:
My team and I will be monitoring this section regularly. While we might not be able to reply to every single thread personally, we’ll be here for the big conversations. We also know there are many experienced Pinty owners in this community. we encourage you to chime in and share your own tips and builds!

Need Service or Support?
For specific maintenance, warranty, or technical issues, please visit our official website and contact our customer service team.

We’re here to learn from you as much as we are here to support you. Let’s keep the conversation honest, helpful, and, most importantly, fun.:)

Best regards,
Kevin

Kevin, thank you and welcome to the HAM Community 👍

welcome I was thinking about starting a thread on Pinty but Im bad on computers glad to be able to share info with you and other shooters and owners. Our guns can only be as good as our ability to fix them (its not if-its when) I have been talking with Annie at your team she has been stellar in her response to me, had a problem striker lost air after shooting some of the best groups and you are sending me a new gun ty. i would like to be able to work and fix the problem, just need info and parts. you would have 2 new generations of shooters because i would buy all the gkids guns at this price. I look forward to hearing more from Pinty ty. you arent the FX caddy-or the BRK Lincoln but the world needs a good V.W. bug

The biggest thing for me is being able to buy replacement parts. It's the main reason I bought a FX impact. I can buy every single part if needed. It's what turned me off to Asian airguns. I don't mind having to turn a ruff airgun into a diamond but after doing all that polishing I want to be able to keep it going for a long time.
