Modifications Vinyl Wrapping Airguns, Have You?

That's the nice thing with the vinyl, you can try anything, don't like it, peel it off. Change with the seasons!

I have been holding off on doing the wrap until all the range work is done and I've decided on a heavy and light slug. The Zan HP ELR is supposedly available now, so I've got to get some of those too. I have other priorities to attend to currently but I should be back at it next week.

The fake, rusted gun, vinyl wrap that I've got is to funny not to use, and this gun is just screaming for it. I'm just putting it on the barrel, I really don't want to put too much effort into what is basically a joke. If it makes me laugh once though, it will have been worth it. I just got some knifeless tape last week because I decided that I really didn't want to take an exacto knife to my shroud when I put it on. Neat stuff.

Have wrapped a few guns, have hydro-dipped a few guns as well as painted, duracoated, and ceracoated.

Depending on what you want to do and how much work you want to do will determine what you will end up doing. Personally if you are wanting to ever sell the rifle I would do the vinyl wrap. If done correctly you will be able to remove it and have no sign that it was ever on the rifle. Just make sure everything is sealed up and done correctly to make sure water isn't an issue under the wrap.

Take your time and do things correctly and things will be ok
