One airgun to rule them all?

I see too often people wanting a one size fits all solution to a problem. I think we all do this mentally in some way or another. But most of us recognize that we need multiple tools for the job. That said, what gun do you find is the most versatile for you?

Very good question. I find the BRK ghost is my personal choice as it can be so versatile with high shot count . I currently use mine for hunting and my daughter uses the ghost for field target that has quick release upgrades and also quick release scope mounts so I can switch between both options. Here’s a few pics of how I have adapted mine

For Florida that is my one airgun as well, because of the ability to caliber swap to .30 for hog hunting.

Probably my Crosman 362. If it doesn't have enough punch for a job, I will grab a powder burner.

So for me it’s my Crosman QuietFire break barrel rifle . I am a huge fan of the break break barrel/nitro piston power. I use it for plinking & target shooting. Did have to use use it to get rid of a pest one time. Works great it’s powerful and lots of fun.

Versatile? My vote for a backyard plinker is a Pumper.
I see a Squirrel, chipper or HOSP and I get 8 pumps in my Daisy 880 and a Meisterkugeln (flying fryng pan).
Winchester AO scope and no more backyard pest.

For what I practically do with an airgun? My BRK Atomic XR, capable to 50+ yards, can easily be hand pumped, mine is, so no HPA compressor needed. Very simple platform to enjoy, mine has been an eye opener and game changer…

I don't like fussing, noise or refilling so a low power/big tank RAW HM1000 177 or Daystate Wolverine in 22

I think that this is a good way for people to discuss why they love each airgun they love the most without any bashing going on...

For me because most everything I do is 0-100 yards, the American Air Arms Evol Mini in .22 is my favorite to date and I have owned more air rifles than I can count.

This rifle will do sub MOA at 100 if I do my part!!! all out of a compact package thats light, rugged, small, and powerful for its size!

Love my Air Venturi Avengers in .22 and .25 cal. Both perform well at 50 and 100 yards. .25 cal tuned for max fpe, while .22 cal is tuned for max shot count. Both are tuned around 850 to 875 fps shooting. Also use an Umarex Gauntlet 1 .25 cal. Recently sold my Gauntlet 2 .22 cal. Just bought an FX Dreamlite 480 and am getting to know the instrument. Love 'em all, including my Notos and my Hatsan Flash. For small varmits, my .177 Diana Stormrider is perfect at close range. I try to keep my instruments down to about 6 rifles and as many as I can get away with CO2 pistols. (One can never have enough plinkers .

It is. The few I have in stock are easy to cock (mind you they are not as easy as a Ghost)

well, I know you had a P1, how does it compare? I don’t think the P2 is all that different, cocking wise, even with the balanced valve.
