Others New drs tactical mk2

Is this your first DRS tactical? You’ll have to let me know how it shoots with the new solid barrel system. I believe theses are supposed to have the interchangeable barrel inserts under pressure without degassing?
I have a drs tactical 500 mm 22. Its going to be my squirrel gun. The 700 mm 22 mkii i have coming in still has the straw barrel i assume with o rings on it but yes now you can change liners without degassing. Again im assuming it will have a 1-16 twist so it should shoot slugs well im hoping i can shoot the new 33 gr zan (as soon as i can get some) because zan says it has a bc of 0.17 @ 930 fps i would like to go long accurately

Oh check the n50 thread for accuracy of the 500 mm

Mine is a 25 in 700 mm shooting griffins 48 grainers at 900. Love the tack driver. Trade off is about 33 shots
Yea if you push them for power it hurts shot count but you can always tether! I like the feel, feels like a real rifle. They seem to be very accurate also and look to me anyway that they will be fairly trouble free. Oh i have a thread on the 500 mm too.

My Panthera is 30 in 800mm and I’ve had it up to 270 ft lbs in the 800mm but the shot count even with the 700 cc tank up front is around 35 at that power output. I now have it backed out to 230 ft lbs and getting around 45 shots. Loading the 135 grainers are to long and difficult. The 108 and 90 grainers shoot one hole groups just larger than the griffins I love shooting through it.
The .25 is a Dynamic and 700mm even with the power mods won’t push the 68 grainers pass the 950 mark needing the 800mm barrel. Why I’m waiting on the solid FX 25 in 800mm. It is a tack driver with the griffins too. Hence my griffin collection 1780617459793.webp
Doesn’t show the whole amount but a good amount
