I think that it is doing well for what it is. Your plenum still isn't that big compared to the big one on a Dynamic, your hammer is still stock, and I am sure your transfer port isn't a high flow Huma either, I think Gerhard said in that video that it's now the standard sized Dynamic one. And, you haven't put your reg really up there yet either, so you have a ways to go. My Dynamic block is maxed out in every way except for a tungsten hammer (but it is heavier than standard), reg at 155b, and I'm doing between 78 to 85fpe depending on slug weight. The .218 diameter is what my barrel likes too, especially so with H&N. If you're getting in the 68fpe range with your current setup that's actually pretty good, and very much what I would be expecting.

Well thats the thing im only in the 55 fpe range. I think fx listed the mki 700 in the 79 fpe range. I can’t imagine the huma port being bigger than this either it is rather large

In stock form. I believe they are exaggerating. here's a picture I posted of the standard Dynamic port next to a Huma full flow port and the difference is big.

Anyways, I believe their numbers are based on using all of their potential parts and not the stock ones. Even in my Dynamic I am limited to setting the reg to about 160b unless I want to put in a heavier spring or hammer. They make them, but I don't want to use them. As it stands I do have my gun doing what they claim it can do, but I only got there with aftermarket parts and right up there settings.

I got your numbers wrong when I calculated your power, with the 33s you were getting 62.7fpe. Regardless, way less than 79. I wonder if they don't maximize everything in the system before calculating their numbers? It seems to me they do. Though, like I said, I doubt their numbers are achievable in stock form.

I just checked too you can’t use the shp plenum on the mkii as the plenum now screws on with 2 screws instead of 4.
Wow! Some real compromises and some real benefits to both versions. The one Rick is shooting in that video, he says he can't shoot bigger than. 34gr slug in the factory mag either. It seems to me you don't actually need the shp for more power. The MkII's 53cc plenum has obviously found a way to bend physics. My plenum in my Dynamic is 156cc and I have bigger porting and I make the same 88fpe with 40.5gr ammo has the MkII does already, according to PA, that's plenty. If yours isn't doing that maybe you should send it back to them

All joking aside, just looking into this briefly, I believe you are right and your numbers should be better. At least as good as what Rick was doing in that video. You may not have as much plenum but the porting is better in your new one. You can make up for less plenum by increasing your pressure, to a point. Try your reg at 160 if you have enough hammer spring for it.

Yea not enough hammer the spring is maxed out hammer only weighs 10 gram. Something else is weird too just checked shot count 29 shots watching velocity but air gauge says i shot down to 120 bar reg at 140 and it went to 120 too

Next thing im going to try is back reg down to 120 bar and max spring and see what velocity i get. Just ordered a huma reg and slug power kit with 2 hammers. Have the panthera hammer but it like 25 gram and stock is 10 huma has 13 and a heavier 1

Everybody says not to use that heavy tungsten hammer, but since you seem to have one you could just just cut it down to 15 grams and not even bother buying new ones. You'd have to use a diamond cutting wheel for sure, tungsten is tough.

Yea i cut it down to 17 and tried just seemed to waste air so i pulled the hammer out of the 500. 10 gram hammer. Degassed set reg to 120 shooting 25 gr p to 830 upped reg 5 at a time to 140 back to my 880 speed so the spring must be stiffer
The huma hammers are 13.2 and 14.4 so ill wait and see. I have to wait to get zan 33 gr boat tail hollow points supposed to have .17 bc. Thats what i wanted this set up for
