New Crosman Vapor Multi-Pump To Be Launched At SHOT Show

1737392052169.webp

It looks as if there will be a new multi-pump air rifle being launched at the 2025 SHOT Show tomorrow. Named the Crosman Vapor, it’s a 10-pump model that’s capable of over 1,100 FPS in .177 caliber.

I’m sure this will cause a lot of interest among HAM readers!

No more details yet, nor a photograph. Ditto with pricing. Also I do not know if the Vapor will be a replacement for the Crosman 362, or an addition to the range. However you can read the official Press Release here. That’s all I have…

New Crosman Vapor Multi-Pump To Be Launched At SHOT Show

As you can see, the Crosman, Benjamin, Daisy and Gamo brands are all now part of the “Iconic Outdoor Group”. I’m guessing that this will also include BSA.

Again, I have no more information about the Iconic Outdoor Group, but it sounds like another version of the “Velocity Outdoor” concept that he previous owners of Crosman implemented.

Making a complete guess of what the new organization’s web address could be, here’s what the url iconicoutdoorgroup.com looks like today. So someone owns it!

I’m sure we’ll discover more about the Crosman Vapor and the Iconic Outdoor Group in the very near future…

What's with the lack of Youtube Shot Show 25 Airgun Videos In regards to
Cosman Gamo Daisy Benjamin Products? To date I only saw one and It wasn't very Informative!
Could It be that The Out Door Group (Crosman, Gamo, Benji Daisy) didn't send their A Team to Shot Show 25?
Those Companies represent a large market segment, this Is very strange!

I have also only seen one successful talk from the Crosbenmosy booth. From many others, including Tom Gaylord, I heard they were pointedly ignored. It's disappointing for sure. 😔

So, are they trying to wipe out Crosman Benjamin? Transition them all over to Gamo, riding on the Crosman Benjamin name? Don't get me wrong, I own 2 Gamo pcps, but I also have 3 Benjamin's and a Sheridan. I grew up on nothing but Crosman Benjamin products, like most American airgunners did. Watching the videos from shotshow, and seeing the lack of actual Crosman products, is my new name for them more true than I jokingly implied?

In the video I saw, it actually did a breakdown of plan for each brand in new market. I thought it was decent. Just watched the outdoor channel one with gamo... it was not. But my understanding is that:
1) It all starts with a daisy
2) Crosman will be the step up from daisy
3) Gamo is next "stepup", offering magazine break barrels
4) Benjamin is the luxury/pinnacle

No, they are not trying to wipe out Crosman/Benjamin. Lots of things changed last May when Velocity sold us to BRS. All projects were put on hold to evaluate each project to make sure it was not going to compete with another product in the new portfolio. Priorities were shifted around to better align with the overall strategy of what is now the Iconic Outdoor Group (ICOG) AKA Crosbenmosy.

We are still doing new product development for Crosman and Benjamin. New products will come out. They were just delayed. I am still here, and they wouldn't keep engineering around if they were not going to develop new products.

Thanks for that John. Nothing like strait from the horses mouth info.

Yes, we are still in Bloomfield NY with some production lines still running and new lines will go in when products come out.

Yes, I am still employed getting do something I love.

John

John, I know you can't reveal too much about future products, but are there any plans for the Marauder SAM? I've been waiting for different calibers being offered along with greater power before buying it.
