New Crosman Vapor Multi-Pump To Be Launched At SHOT Show

It looks as if there will be a new multi-pump air rifle being launched at the 2025 SHOT Show tomorrow. Named the Crosman Vapor, it’s a 10-pump model that’s capable of over 1,100 FPS in .177 caliber.

I’m sure this will cause a lot of interest among HAM readers!

No more details yet, nor a photograph. Ditto with pricing. Also I do not know if the Vapor will be a replacement for the Crosman 362, or an addition to the range. However you can read the official Press Release here. That’s all I have…

As you can see, the Crosman, Benjamin, Daisy and Gamo brands are all now part of the “Iconic Outdoor Group”. I’m guessing that this will also include BSA.

Again, I have no more information about the Iconic Outdoor Group, but it sounds like another version of the “Velocity Outdoor” concept that he previous owners of Crosman implemented.

Making a complete guess of what the new organization’s web address could be, here’s what the url iconicoutdoorgroup.com looks like today. So someone owns it!

I’m sure we’ll discover more about the Crosman Vapor and the Iconic Outdoor Group in the very near future…

They moved the Gamo to be Crosman with the buyout... this video gives breakdown of "focus" for each brand under the Gamo umbrella, and at 5:57 specifically talks about the Vapor.

Doc I believe the Winchester 1977X was a Hot Rodded version of the 880 I like and have both and I'm curious to hear more about the Crosman Vapor....Very Interesting!

Doc I believe the Winchester 1977X was a Hot Rodded version of the 880 I like and have both and I'm curious to hear more about the Crosman Vapor....Very Interesting!

Oh wow, you are correct. I didn’t know that. I watched some you tube videos of it vs the 880. The 1977xs clocked a lot faster than the 880. Easy 12 ft lb pellet rifle. Hmm looks like I will add another gun soon.
I see it listed as 77XS and 1977XS. Same gun???

Lord, I couldn't count high enough to come up with the birds, squirrels and Rabbits I took with the 880. As kids, we used to go hunting for coyotes in the caves along the banks of the Tennessee River with out 880s. I sure am glad we never found any of them!

the trigger on the Winchester Is not that good compared to the Daisy 880 which Isn't anything to write home about!
My understanding is that the components In the Winchester that give It more power make the trigger a little more creepy and stagey!

In the videos on YouTube, did anyone say when the new Crosbenmo will be released? I'm personally out as of now(I keep telling myself anyway) since I got my new to me 397 last week, but for the listed price gamo listed, one might have to be picked up just cause.

Also don’t forget the Barra cowboy pump. It also has some good reviews. Very easy to pump like the 880
