Well I was going to a job and they cancelled. I couldn’t let a good hunting opportunity go to waste. Got one ground squirrel (no pic) and this Eurasian at about 20 yards.

When I pest at the dairy I always target 20 Eurasian doves first and they end up in my freezer.....Then we have the kids over and BBQ them and enjoy....Jalapeño between 2 breasts, wrapped in bacon and onto the BBQ they go.....

To me they taste like chicken hearts. I like to take the breasts and hearts, dice them up, put in some onion and butter to cook them in a skillet then add carrots, peas, potatoes, pepper and chicken gravy to them and put them pie crusts to make pot pies out of them in the oven.
