I purchased the 452 Slayer in Feb 2019 - $3,038.00 - Still waiting. Have asked for a refund multiple times. Tom has said he would send me a check, never happened. Always empty broken promises. Where's my money?! I don't even want the slayer anymore.

@HHoller Now you're in the right place. You've waited for years and that sounds like it sucks. Please give @American Air Arms a little more time to respond and hopefully you all can solve the issue soon. Tom has been communicative about the issue to rectify these sort of issues as of late so far as I can tell. As you can see in this thread another HAM member made contact today to resolve his issue.I purchased the 452 Slayer in Feb 2019 - $3,038.00 - Still waiting. Have asked for a refund multiple times. Corey, I sent you a PMI purchased the 452 Slayer in Feb 2019 - $3,038.00 - Still waiting. Have asked for a refund multiple times. Tom has said he would send me a check, never happened. Always empty broken promises. Where's my money?! I don't even want the slayer anymore.
$2800 was my price. I’ve reached out to him a couple times last week no response.
The only reason Tom communicating is because people are calling him out. How much longer one is supposed to wait for rifle?10-20 years because that’s where this was headed. I also was promised 452 October 2018 paid in full. I was told at least a year which is fine but now we’re on year six after many promises and deadlines and nothing. What really gets me mad is a few times I was told it was ready and never was two years ago. I asked him if I could have the gun by April to go on a hunting trip he said absolutely well guess what, that didn’t happen. I don’t know about you, but if I owe people money for a product, I wouldn’t be going out on vacations and hunts. I wish Tom the best but I will never ever buy another Americanairarms product. I’m not even going into my situation with the 357 I own from him.@HHoller Now you're in the right place. You've waited for years and that sounds like it sucks. @Mvideira I'm not telling anyone how to feel. I'm just saying that he is and has been communicating with people in this situation. So why not engage in dialogue to remedy your problem(s) if he appears willing and able for whatever his reasons are? I don't have a dog in the fight here. I'm with you on that, i do believe it's a well made rifle but the lack of customer service just plainly sucks, he cant even send me a couple small parts in the mailI wish Tom the best but I will never ever buy another Americanairarms product.
I’ve been trying to ‘remedy the problem” for the past 5 years. do you actually think anybody believes him? After five years of begging for that rifle and nothing. The remedy is very simple. The Ponzi scheme is over!!! Pay the people you owe.@Mvideira I'm not telling anyone how to feel. I'm just saying that he is and has been communicating with people in this situation. Are you selling this one? I'm just short of. 452, I already have. 308. 357.Very soon, part of the delay will prove to be well worth the wait though. This one fits in a backpack, it's a prototype that was used for an Elk hunting trip.

Tom contacted me and said the .452's would be shipping Dec 24 or Jan 25. I told him to sell some then and send me a refund as I had moved into a senior retirement center. I have moved out of the retirement center now and would appreciate the gun or the money. 78 now, getting closer. Regards, TomI've had a Slayer .45 T-rex with polished barrel and extra magazine on order and paid for since Jan 19, 2019, That's five years. I'm 77 now, I hope it shows up before I pass. Regards, Tom
This is my prior post. Regards, TomTom called me just a few minutes ago and we have agreed on a refund. It was good talking to him. Regards, Tom

Aug 16 2025 and still no rifle or money. Regards, TomI have not received either yet. Regards, Tom
I’m not sure that will ever happen. Tom had me on a hook for over six years with a full paid 452 and I never received it. Rhonda give me a refund and payments never again anything made from Americanairarms sorry for the bashing tom but well deserved.I've been eyeing these for a while. At first I wanted a .357 Slayer, but I think I'd like one in .452. I've been looking at the AAA site periodically over the last 6 months and I haven't seen a .452 Slayer Hunter in stock. Nor have I seen a .357 Slayer Hunter or T-Rex in stock. @American Air Arms When will these guns be in production again?
Unacceptable. Completely unacceptable.Aug 16 2025 and still no rifle or money. Regards, Tom
