Gauntlet Hello i need a little help..

Hey everyone.. I have a sl25 gauntlet and I love the gun.. its a tac driver... I was shooting the h&n baracuda hunter extreme 28 grains and it was awesome.. but recently I messed up my regulator which was 2100psi out put and had to replace it.. I replaced it with a 2400 psi out put regulator because I was told that the hammer spring was good enough for that psi.. but I noticed that now its not grouping like it was its not bad but it was way better with other regulator.. with the extra psi will it help going heavier grain on pellets will that close my groups? Any info will be appreciated thanks

My advice would be to learn how to turn down your regulator and put it back to close to where it was. The second generation Gauntlet has the right power already. The link below is not for your Gauntlet, but they are the same thing to learn. Hajimotoproductions also had a lot of videos on the Gauntlets. Once you learn how the shims work you can move the pressure around all you want. Good luck! ...and welcome to HAM!
