Is there an O-ring at position 30? It seems that the size of the O-ring here is not visible. Thank you very muchA Reg rebuild kit would be something we can put on the website for purchase. 0-Rings and replacement seat.
Won't there be aging and leakage here over time? I'm still thinking about preparing for this-13 90 duro poly. I don't think we have ever had a leak there.
Is there no risk of aging for the O-rings here? thank youYes there's two on that valve body, but you'll likely never have to replace those
if you follow the link I post it has a chart for all the o-ring and links to the o-rings store so you can buy all them and have all the o-rings if the time ever arises when you might would need them.Won't there be aging and leakage here over time? I'm still thinking about preparing for this
Very good. Now I'm relieved. Thank you for your answer. Your work is excellent and I like it very much. By the way, I'd like to ask if there will be a production plan for Slayer.308 or.357? I want to buy. That location, o-rings seem to last forever. O-ring degradation is is mostly caused by the quality of air and heating during overly fast fills from empty.
Compressors that have poor oil and water filtering will cause rapid degradation. Filling too fast will generate friction which generate heat which can easily burn or melt common o-ring compounds.
I have bought all those O-rings. Thank you, kind-hearted person. Good luck to youif you follow the link I post it has a chart for all the o-ring and links to the o-rings store so you can buy all them and have all the o-rings if the time ever arises when you might would need them.
It could be, but I would bet my money on it being the big main seal (size 122) that seals the tube. In my experience the viton seals do not hold up to disassembly more than a couple times. Only ones that have been reliable are cast poly and nitrile. Standard poly and viton have given me headaches. I've had grease pushing out the end cap from a leak like you are talking about at the block, which obviously has the same size and type seal. Its alot easier to change that big main seal first and see if that fixes it before tearing the reg apartMy Mini has a leak and I think it's coming from the regulator maybe? I noticed the rifle has developed a very slow leak and spotted some white grease between the block and airtube on the outside of the rifle where they connect is this a indicator of a bad regulator seal? I took it apart and the original oring looks brand new yet.
I just cleaned up the old grease and put everything back together with Ultimox 226 grease and will do a bubble check later today on the entire rifle. Is it reassembled? if so bubble check the were the tube meets the receiver. If there are bubbles there it can be the regulator internal o-rings on the adjuster or the piston.

I dipped the air cylinder in the bath a found the leak on the fill port. I dried it off afterwards and noticed water got inside the pressure gauge. I decided to just dry fire it with the barrel off to empty air tube instead of releasing the air through the burst disk bolt and on the third shot the pressure guage came apart. I'm hoping I can order a new one through AoA or your website if its a option? I can only blame myself of course and now know not to do that way again. Atleast this should be a pretty simple repair and I have the tools to get the job done.Is it reassembled? if so bubble check the were the tube meets the receiver. Give aoa a call, they should be able to send a new guage without issue. As far as that leak, pretty common for that foster check valve o ring to be a culprit. Did you check to see if it was leaking by the block where you originally thought?I dipped the air cylinder in the bath a found the leak on the fill port. I did and there was no sign of any bubbles. Maybe it was just warm weather that cause a little grease to come out perhaps...Give aoa a call, they should be able to send a new guage without issue.
