Are the Leupold scopes advertised on Temu real are knockoffs?

I can't help but wonder how they get by with using Leupold's name?
Ummmm…I’m not sure if you’ve been paying attention to how brand and IP patents are ignored on products that are manufactured abroad in certain nations. It’s a thing. This may be a possible instance.

The OP poses a valid question. It may be worthwhile to contact a Leupold rep and ask if they license or allow any vendors to sell their products on Temu.

Good idea, I will give Leupold a call tomorrow and pose that question. I will let you know what they say.

Most of those are poor knockoffs, but sometimes the same Chinese company will rebrand a scope they manufacture for a known company under a different name for a lower price.

I only stock a few scopes, mostly Hawk, Aztec, and DNT. There are just too many options that are too similar to one another. Unfortunately the Leupold is not the quality of old. But buying used if you want one is probably the best option - early 90s

Have you ever bought anything from Temu?
I have, starting with Racing simulator shifters and kits. Everything is for a small person or a youth.
The Dremel bits became dull after 2 swipes of rounding a edge of a 3ft 2x4
Then my Kids had to have this House Tent, sleeps about 6 adults and has 2 rooms.
The mill of canvas was so thin it tore while putting it together. Then the last purchase 2 years ago. A Rifle scope that arrived with no reticle... Cost money to return it.
Never again for me with that company.
Ohhhh and don't order the ice cube trays either. They are the size of sugar cubes.
